EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
GENERALITIES

In cases where the damaged product cannot be replaced, repaired by the manufacturer or supplier, is sold out or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, Online Chiapas will offer a product alternative of the same value / price as the original product or refund.

Defects or damage to the product, caused due to improper use or manipulation of the material or wear caused by abnormal use thereof, will void the warranty offered by the Store or Supplier.

Damage to the products caused by a lack of knowledge of the handling or functions of the product will void the warranty offered by the Store or Supplier.

For any manufacturing and operation defect that products purchased through Online Chiapas have, the manufacturer is solely responsible for them. Online Chiapas will only act as a facilitator in the process of the guarantee.

The validity of the guarantee will take effect from the day of delivery of the order according to the supplier's policies.

A claim may not be submitted for the warranty offered by the Store or Manufacturer, if the product has been improperly handled by persons not authorized by the manufacturer.

The warranty offered by the Store or Manufacturer will not be valid for reasons beyond the operation of the product, such as sudden voltage changes, use of improper accessories or not recommended by the manufacturers, liquid spills, fire, abuse in the handling of the product , due to natural wear of some materials in the product composition.

It is not responsible for software in the equipment, de-configurations of any kind, damage caused by viruses, incompatibility or breach of the minimum conditions of use of any specific software.

The guarantee offered by the Store or Manufacturer will not be applicable in any case for incompatibility with any software and / or hardware.

The response time to your warranty will be 15 business days once Online Chiapas has received the properly integrated product file.
RETURN
Return mechanics
The customer must contact the Customer Service area to start their product return request. The satisfaction of these requests will be at all times subject to compliance with the provisions of this policy and the terms of Online Chiapas in general.
The product (s) returned by the Purchaser must invariably be in good condition, accompanied by the original proof of the purchase made and, where appropriate, the invoice that the store has issued. In case of not having any of the requirements indicated above, Online Chiapas will not make the respective refund.
For its part, Online Chiapas will send an email confirming the receipt of the request, informing the necessary requirements to make the return valid.

Types of return:

CHANGES
The Buyer must contact the Customer Service area to initiate their request for physical merchandise exchange. Exchange mechanics: In case the physical change of the product is requested, the Buyer must indicate the reason for the change and the specifications of the requested product. If the change proceeds, the merchandise will be sent to the address that the Buyer requested in the original purchase order. The returned product must be, at the discretion of Online Chiapas, in perfect condition, along with its original packaging and label. In no case will physical changes be made with respect to those products referred to in the "General Restrictions" section.
Only in case the change is a new product can be sent free of charge to the Buyer. On the contrary, if the change is attributable to the Buyer, the costs, expenses and other expenses for shipping will be borne by the Buyer.
Once the product is received by Online Chiapas, within the next 15 business days and its integrity is validated, as well as its components, the Buyer will be notified via email and the product that replaces the order will be sent, being this of equal or similar characteristics and cost, being able to be even of a more recent or better model.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
